Justice for the Hortmans: A Life Sentence, But No Peace of Mind The sentencing of Vance Boelter to two consecutive life terms plus 40 years in prison for the killings of Minnesota Democratic lawmakers Melissa and Mark Hortman has brought a measure of closure to their families.
