Trump's Tariff Tango: A New Battle for States and Nations The US government has been hit with a lawsuit from 25 states challenging its new tariffs on 60 trading partners, including India.
The lawsuit was filed in the US Court of International Trade and seeks to block the tariffs, which have already taken effect under Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974.
Among those targeted by the tariffs are countries such as India, the European Union, and 59 others.
